Like so many other things in our lives, this economic system
has been "re-branded". It's now known as "free enterprise".

financial bailouts here and abroad in recent years, might wonder about
the "free" thing. But you're not Steve.
Steve has a Masters Degree in economics. He knows how all this works!

Canadians whose jobs disappeared since Steve took the wheel often
have pretty bad attitudes about our country's economic progress.
But you can't listen to their griping....hardly any of them have economics degrees.
This means they don't even understand what "income splitting" means,
let alone what a great job Steve is doing. For rich people.
OK, OK... it's actually a really lousy job, but watch his TV ads and you'll
see that he's doing his best.
